Jennifer's Granola
I just made this for the second time and found cranberries without sugar at whole foods, any way this is great on top of sliced apples that you add cinnamon to and stem in your microwave or on top of sliced banana, two great desserts.

This is a granola recipe fortified with wheat germ and flax seed that still tastes good.Ingredients | Paleo Granola Recipe No Sugar4 cups rolled oats1 cup wheat germ½ cup flax seed meal½ cup brown sugar½ cup raw sunflower seeds½ cup chopped pecans½ cup sliced almonds1 teaspoon ground cinnamon1 ½ teaspoons salt⅓ cup canola oil¼ cup honey1 teaspoon vanilla extract½ cup waterDirectionsPreheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).In a large bowl, mix together the oats, wheat germ, flax seed meal, brown sugar, sunflower seeds, pecans, almonds, cinnamon and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the oil, honey, vanilla and water. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry, and mix until evenly blended. Spread in a greased 9x13 or 11x7 inch baking pan.Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven, stirring every 20 minutes, or until toasted.
