One of my favorite ways to use fresh basil and tomatoes! Please don't substitute dried basil, as it will not give the same flavor. Serve at room temperature for a summer pasta or serve warm.Ingredients | Fresh Tomato And Basil Pasta Sauce Recipe1 pound farfalle (bow-tie) pasta½ pound bacon1 ½ cups grape tomatoes, cut in half¾ cup crumbled feta cheese½ cup toasted pine nuts1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil, or more to taste½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese¾ cup olive oil4 cloves garlic, crushed1 lemon, juicedDirectionsBring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook bow-tie pasta at a boil, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 12 minutes. Drain.Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes.
