Low-fat, low-cholesterol, high fiber, and they taste great!Ingredients | Courteney Cox Young Days4 bananas1 cup brown sugar2 egg whites1 egg3 tablespoons canola oil1 ¼ cups whole wheat flour1 cup rolled oats½ teaspoon baking soda½ teaspoon salt¼ teaspoon baking powder12 paper muffin cup linersDirectionsPreheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line 12 muffin cups with paper liners.Mash bananas in a bowl until no lumps remain. Add brown sugar, egg whites, egg, and canola oil; mix thoroughly.
