It complements almost any dish.Ingredients | Courtney Love Band Lois Maffeo½ cup pine nuts¼ cup butter2 ounces spaghetti, broken into small pieces¼ cup minced onion½ teaspoon minced garlic1 ¼ cups uncooked jasmine rice2 ¼ cups chicken brothsalt and ground black pepper to taste2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsleyDirectionsPreheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spread pine nuts on a baking sheet.Toast in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 12 minutes.Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Increase heat to medium and stir in spaghetti; cook until coated with melted butter and lightly browned, 3 to 5 minutes. Add onion and garlic; cook until tender, about 2 minutes. Stir in rice; cook for 5 minutes.Pour broth into the saucepan. Bring to a boil; cover and cook until rice is tender until liquid has been absorbed, about 20 minutes.
