The recipe is for freshly seasoned and breaded pork chops that come out nice and moist.Ingredients | Cornerstone Surgical Center2 cups all-purpose flour6 eggs⅛ cup milk2 cups seasoned bread crumbs1 teaspoon lemon pepper1 tablespoon dried parsley1 teaspoon garlic powder¼ teaspoon dried dill weed1 teaspoon Italian-style seasoning6 (3/4 inch thick) center cut pork chopsDirectionsPreheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).Place the flour in a bowl. Combine the eggs and milk in a separate bowl, mixing together well, and then place the bread crumbs in another separate bowl.
